Species.pretty_print(potential_type=None, units='mks')[source]#

Print Species information in a user-friendly way.

Parameters

  • potential_type (str) – Interaction potential. If ‘LJ’ it will print out the epsilon and sigma attributes.

  • units (str) – Unit system used in the simulation. Default = ‘mks’.
